Job Title: Operations Coordinator - StarNursing

Job Summary:

StarNursingis looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our nursing staffing services. You will collaborate with various departments to optimize processes, enhance service delivery, and support our mission of providing quality nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Develop, implement, and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and service quality in staffing placements.
  • Staff Coordination: Collaborate with recruitment and nursing staff to ensure timely placement and onboarding of nurses to meet client needs.
  • Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of nursing staff, ensuring optimal coverage for client facilities while accommodating staff availability.
  • Client Support: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of staffing placements, client interactions, and operational metrics in the company’s database and CRM system.
  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and company policies, including health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement to share with management.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align operational capabilities with business development efforts.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, implementing solutions to prevent future issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the healthcare or staffing industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
